Many of our lights have "Try Me" mode set when packaged, this setting also saves the accidental turning on of our lights when in transit.

Yes. All of our brands' flashlights have lumen ratings that are tested and verified to ANSI standards. ANSI is the American National Standards Institute and the organization responsible for defining what criteria a light must achieve in order to receive a valid lumen rating.
The brightest flashlight we currently make is offered within the NEBO brand and is called the 12K. This flashlight is both the brightest in its Turbo (12,000 lumens) and High (7,000 lumen) modes. You can find it here >>
Yes, ACG stands behind its products across all brands with a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Any item purchased from an authorised dealer or authorised internet reseller that does not perform properly due to a manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries.
For our flashlights that use alkaline batteries (non-rechargeable), NiMH (nickel-metal hydride) or NiCd (nickel-cadmium) rechargeable batteries will work fine, but with slightly reduced performance. These batteries output a slightly lower voltage than an alkaline which results in the slightly reduced brightness and runtime.
Rechargeable Li-Ion (lithium ion) cells should NEVER be used in our non-rechargeable products. These batteries feature a much higher operating voltage that could damage our products. The only exception to this is any products that use lithium primary (non-rechargeable) batteries.

Shipping
All of our website orders are processed within 1 – 2 working days. Shipping times can vary depending on destination and adverse weather conditions etc. In most cases, orders for UK and Europe will take 3 – 5 working days to ship, with an exception of up to 7 working days in some circumstances.
We have currently stopped shipping to Europe from our warehouse in the UK due to the
large/disproportionate customs fees at the expense of our customers, that Brexit has caused in the past year. These are unfortunately out of our control and would be charged to yourself upon receiving your parcel.
We are hoping to begin shipping to Europe again in the future, but unfortunately do not have a specific date confirmed at present.
Yes we do ship the the rest of the word with the exclusion of North America.
Please be aware you will be liable for any customs charges for you order.
Returns
If your product is faulty please either return it to where you purchased it from or visit our Warranty page for further information. Product warranted against defects in materials & workmanship by True Brands under terms & conditions for 2 years from date of purchase. If defective during warranty period, product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty doesn’t cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, flame consistency & colour clarity, colour finish, accidents, wear & tear.
Proof of purchase is required.
